This Can’t be Right has learned that on Monday of this week the USA did not conduct any nuclear weapons tests. That the superpower was content to forgo such testing (on Monday) is thought to be in part attributable to a degree of comfort that the US established between 1945 and 1992, during which time they conducted not less than one thousand fifty four (1,054) such tests, and two (2) honest-to-goodness nuclear attacks against real live targets.
North Korea unfortunately cannot claim the same moral high ground.

How many tests did the USSR conduct?
ReplyDeleteThe number I found of admitted tests was 754.
ReplyDeleteThat wouldn't surprise me. They're all mad, I reckon.
ReplyDeleteSo is Kim Jong-il, of course.
