You're right, Nicole - nothing fancy going on right now. Can you say "Crock Pot"? I just realized how close that is to crackpot. Hmmm.
We also have a rice cooker, and my pal who's actually doing the work lent us his Coleman stove, so we can actually cook noodles and such, too.
I bought a toaster over that's big enough to fit a frozen (or not, I suppose) 12" pizza.
The worst part of the makeshift kitchen is doing dishes in a laundry tub that's so deep and low that my back gets sore just thinking about it.
